+Cookies we use without asking (strictly necessary)
Greek and EU law allow only cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you ask for to be stored without your consent (Law 3471/2006 Art. 4(5)). Ours are first-party cookies, set by theworldcanbeyours.com:
- wcbw_lang — remembers your language, so you see the site in the same language next time. Duration: 365 days.
- wcbw_consent — remembers your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every page. Duration: 365 days.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
+Outside services that load only with your consent
These services run on some pages and may set their own (third-party) cookies and receive your IP address. They load only after you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner, or when you choose to use them where they appear (for example the spam check when you send our contact form). Some providers are in the USA (see "Transfers" in our privacy policy).
- Google reCAPTCHA — Google LLC (USA). Purpose: Spam protection on our contact form. Cookie names and durations: provider's cookie list.
- onWebChat — onWebChat. Purpose: Live chat. Cookie names and durations: provider's cookie list.
- Calendly — Calendly LLC (USA). Purpose: Meeting booking. Cookie names and durations: provider's cookie list.
- Vimeo — Vimeo.com Inc. (USA). Purpose: Playing our videos. Cookie names and durations: provider's cookie list.
- YouTube — Google LLC (USA). Purpose: Playing embedded YouTube videos. Cookie names and durations: provider's cookie list.
Our fonts and slideshow code come from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. They receive your IP address but do not set cookies.
+Your choice, and changing your mind
- "Accept all" and "Reject all" are equally easy, on the first screen of the banner. No box is ticked in advance.
- Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent.
- The website works if you reject: only the outside services stay off.
- You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
- Your choice is saved in the wcbw_consent cookie, together with the version of the banner you answered.
- You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
